Connectyx Signs License Agreement with Leading Provider of Patient Interviewing Technology

PALM CITY, FL. April 30, 2009

Connectyx Technologies Holdings Group, Inc. (OTCPK: CTYX) is pleased to announce that the Company has signed a three year agreement with Instant Medical History (IMH) to license IMH’s patient interviewing software. Through Connectyx’s MedFlash product, the Company will be able to provide a solution that is compatible with various physician EMR (electronic medical records) interviewing technologies provided by large corporations such as General Electric, Cerner, Epic, NextGen , Sage, eClinicalWorks, among others.

Instant Medical History is a leading provider of patient interviewing technology. IMH solutions are utilized by thousands of physicians on a daily basis in order to facilitate physician-patient communication in a variety of practice settings. Patients respond to questions that branch based on their responses. The software translates the interview summary into clinical terminology and organizes the positives and negatives according to the pertinent organ system. The integration of this technology with MedFlash will enable Connectyx to reach a larger pool of potential members across the country.

“Physicians spend time entering information into the electronic health record. If patients assist in the process, information can be reused rather than recollected and re-entered, ensuring improved workflow and increased efficiency,” stated Matthew Ferrante, CEO of Instant Medical History.

"The synergistic relationship between our two technologies will allow patients to be more in control of their own medical records and deliver up-to-date, accurate, and timely information to their physicians, which will assist in providing more effective and efficient care. MedFlash will be a great adjunct to Instant Medical History’s existing physician network and IMH will give MedFlash enhanced exposure in the physician market place," stated Ronn Schuman, President and CEO of Connectyx Technologies Holdings Group, Inc.
